About the artist

Debb Galcik is a multi-media Chicago-based artist who enjoys creating pieces using found objects. She works in jewelry, fused glass, paper arts, clay, and all manner of artsy things...but now her interest is mainly in hand-made coptic stitch books using unusual materials such as glass and metal. Debb recived a BA degree in Art from Millersville Univerty of Pennsylvania in 1996, and continues to further her knowledge by taking workshops and classes in a variety of media. She currently sells her work both on the web and at local art fairs.
